Sitting beside him, I saw what ACTUALLY goes into it. Constantly on calls, moving things fast, my phone blowing up with his Discord messages.
Sammy's grinding... but what sets him apart is:

As Head of Growth at Polarity, he goes above and beyond for the community. Hosting a patio dinner, Jays game, hackathon, yacht party.
Nobody can outwork someone having fun.
Grateful to be surrounded by people who rewire my brain and challenge me every day.
